Activate Vodafone voicemail

Hey hows it goin? Does anyone know how to activate vodafone voicemail without having to record a personal greeting? Its not activated at the moment, but I kinda need it. I dont wanna have a personal greeting tho I just want it to say "the vodafone customer you are calling.. blah blah blah". Yaknow? Any ideas?

Dial 171, you dont need to record the message.

I cant set up voicemail tho without it telling me to record a personal greeting. I've tried time and time again... hmmm
