Anyone know of a good routine where you don't need much equipment?

Have space, medicine ball, elliptical trainer, dumbbells, a step box thingy, getting a med punch bag this week, push-up bars, skip rope, timer....

just wondering does anyone know a good solid tough routine which uses specific exercises that are necessary for MMA conditioning from a circuit training point of view (I know you can't beat rolling and sparing...I'm just talking circuit exercises)

    any opinions on this?

Check out the Burn with Kearns basement tapes (you should be able to download em somewhere), pretty good stuff with fairly basic equipment. He's Ken-flos conditioning coach, knows his stuff.

    cheers man, looks good
I don't train in MMA - am mostly an armchair fan but I keep fit and I reckon MMA conditioning is the way to go so started doing circuit training with a few mates twice a week with some hill running also - just lookin for the right routines and drills to include.

This might be something to have a go at. It cant be bad if Randy does it

cheers for that man - had a go at it today for the craic out the back - very important to get the bar weight right - I got muscle fatigue after 3 rounds on 38kg bar and I'm decent strength 13 st - I'd say 25 kg is more than enough to start, cheers
