    Mojito FTW

2 parts white rum (not the coconut ****e)
    4 parts soda water
    1 Lime
    Fresh Mint
    1 Tsp Sugar

Put Mint Leaves and sugar into a glass and beat the ****e out of them with something. Throw in the lime segments and continue to pummel.

Add the booze and soda water and give a good stir.

If you can get bacardi citron - even better.

    Seconded.

Jagermeister & Red bull is also delicious, even if it's not really a cocktail.

    Definitely a Woo Woo:

    1 1/2oz Vodka
    1 1/2oz Peach Shcnapps
    3 1/2oz Cranberry Juice

Five shots of this and you are well on your way to a good night out. Also if you feel like it isn't having much effect or kick, try adding a bit of Petrone into it, about 1 1/2oz should be enough.;)

Love mojitos too, they are so fresh and go down too well! Have my own variation of it. I use a pestle and mortar and basically beat lots of fresh fruit like strawberries, sliced lemons, limes, blueberries and mint leaves to a pulp. I then put a couple of spoons of the pulp, bacardi, some sugar, lemon cordial and drop of water into a cocktail shaker and shake it up a bit. Then pour into a long glass. Yum!
