I have alot of spare time on my hands what with being unemployed and such.... have decided that I may aswell spend my time constructively and learn some new things.... I have previous in the past with some VB, HTML, etc. So just wondering what my next step should be move on to C, etc and go the software root. Or expand on…

any links and helpful comments would be great - unfortunately I am not going to be able to spend money to learn these things, and am mainly doing it for my own sanity....
