On the top line of the page,
hover over the first item on that line "boards.ie",
then hover over the 3rd item on menu "Change Styles",
then you will see a choice of various colours and styles.
You must have been clicking there.

The default boards.ie colour is White if it helps to know. Click that and it should look normal again
