I was wondering who owns/runs Fort Lucan? No other reason for asking this only that it's so expensive to get in - and once you're in - you still have to put your hand in your pocket.

Not sure who owns or runs the place --- but a lick of paint / varnish wouldn't go astray - looks very run down.
