    Hi, this'll sound stupid but I like things the way I like em...
    I want to clich the down navigation key (nokia 6303) and get the contacts in the search mode.
    Can this be set up as a default?

    You can change it to open contacts via Menu > Settings > My shortcuts
    and then select Navigation key, and select contacts from the list.

    thanks Davvy! but thats not quite what Im looking to do (Its hard to explain)
    When I hit the down Navigation key I want the "search contacts" function to appear.

    I know what you want, but bringing the contacts up is the closest thing i can think of :o

    You can't but if you just press any number/letter key (J for John for example), all names starting with J will appear.

    I was able to have that option on the e51. But I didnt know you could just type the 1st letter... Thanks a lot for that :)
