broadband disconnects

im with perlico and every time the fone rings r i use it i lose my broadband connection. i also have background noise aswell on the fone :confused:

Check the micro filter,also check if you have a sky box there is one on it as well. If you look on your router it should have a diagnostic feature for noise.
