downloading games on tocco ultra?

im having trouble downloading games on my tocco ultra since i got it. customer service are useless and have been no help. i can get to the purchasing screen and it looks like its downloading but the page just keeps refreshing over and over. anyone any ideas? im with vodafone ready to go.
