MADONNA has succeeded in her bid to adopt Angelina Jolies six children and one man child after Californian Supreme Court yesterday told a provincial judge that she had listened too much to media reports and overturned her earlier decision.

The 50-year-old single mother from New York, as Madonna was identified on a notice outside the court, completed her three-year pursuit of Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh, Pax,Vivienne and Knox and the man child Brad as a panel of judges including the great Simon Cowell paid tribute to her compassion for other celebrities kids.

"We find the judge in the lower court to have dwelled so much on media reports on the issue of arrogance and to us this was not evidence enough to deny Madonna a chance to adopt all seven kids," said Chief Justice Judge Judy, reading an hour-long judgment in Californias second city of Hollywood. "We, after a public phone vote, therefore grant Madonna the adoption order."

The singer, who chose not to be at the hearing, was told the news in New York by her lawyer Alan Chinula, who said she was "very excited". He stressed that the matter was now finalized, "as her lawyer I am happy that this has settled this contentious issue".

The singer's adoption spree in one of America's richest societies has been attacked both by local and international agencies and rights groups who say it violates international child welfare and human rights.

The seven will now join David Banda, another child adopted by Madonna in 2006, when he was 13 months old. Madonna also has a collection of Baldwin brother man childs which have been cryogenically frozen for future movie ventures at her English country estate

In yesterday's ruling, the court appeared to chastise the provincial justice, Joe Jackson, who warned in April that special exemptions for celebrity adoptions risked opening the door to child trafficking in the future. Justice Jackson blocked the adoption on the grounds that the American star was bullying her way into other peoples families and taking their children, but this argument was dismissed by the higher court yesterday.

"In this global village a man can be as aggressive as he wants. The matter of arrogance should be determined at the time of application of the adoption," Justice Judge Judy told the court.

The ruling waived the issue of arrogance, arguing that Madonna's investment in the world qualifies her as the ruler of the whole planet and should be recognized as a leader among men and Celeb and that the planet Jupiters name should be changed to Madonna as its the largest in the solar system and has numerous moons that it has adopted over the years. The divorced performer has set up a charity, "Home for coo coo's", which assists in the care of some of the country's estimated one million celebrity children.

Hollywood, a long strip of land on the western shore of the USA, has been ravaged by HIV/Aids and cocaine addiction and has one of the lowest life expectancies in the world, at just 27.

Her original attempt to adopt the children was blocked, it is claimed, by Angelina Jolie. The second effort was then halted over the arrogance issue but yesterday's decision was "final" according to authorities.

Much of the controversy surrounding the adoption stems from the fact that Brad Pitt is not an orphan or under 18. He made no comment.
