Hey guys I was in Canada 3 years ago an had the nicest meal of my life, which obviously was 'Buffalo ribs' I went back to the same place recently and they have a new chef and its a chicken/salad affair, two geuses what gender the new chef was (just kiddin :D) Anywho I'm lookin for places to get bison ribs in Dublin,…

The only butcher I know of that does bison is Downey's in Terenure, which obviously isn't on the Northside.
