    Folks,

Looking to get a rought estimate.
We have a .5 acre site with house and garage. The garden has been levelled roughly and Ive just sprayed it so theres no growth on it.

What would it cost to get the garden harrowed and sown, and levelled out properly?

Cheers Monke. The topsoil is already spread out on the garden, just needs to be levelled out.
We had a guy in (so called friend) in to do the ground works. Paid him for the front half and havent seen him since. Had to spray it to kill the "grass" he'd sown.

What a nightmare. A friend of mine got 'cheap' topsoil for his new garden. It turned out to have loads of weeds that you could never even have imagined.
