Creative Zen Vision: M help please!

I have my 60GB Creative Zen Vision : M player with about a year now and have never had a problem with it, until recently. I have built up a massive amount of music on it but about a fortnight ago I turned it on to select an album to listen to whilst out cycling but 90% of the albums had doubled up on tracks. So now if I want to listen to an album I have to listen to every track twice - annoying or what! When I connect the player to my computer, the music library lists the tracks as they should be, not doubled up at all. I've tried deleting all music from the player and re-installing it again but after "deleting" everything I turned player on again and everything was still there! My head is wrecked with it - anyone encounter this problem before?
    Thanks.

It happened to me a few times, the doubling up of tracks generally when I was just after syncing with my computer. I just started then manually putting tracks on the Player.
