Shipping PC options to Germany

Hi all, I need to send an under warranty broken PC to Germany for repair. What is the cheapest and safest way I can do this? Should I use a courier like UPS/DHL or An Post? What cost am I looking at? All feedback appreciated!

Probably between €20 and €40 I suspect.
