    i don't think there are even any basketball courts in the city

    There are courts in the various gyms around. We used to play in the Butler Community Centre and the Waterford Crystal Centre. There's also a public outdoor court on the Cork Road opposite Eddie Rocketts.

    You might want to change your name to eightyyearsaway :)
