This has probably been done plenty of tomes before but what the hell wouldn't hurt one more time.So does anyon e have a good recipe for a sirlion steak?

It has been done before. Repeatedly. So much so that I compiled a mega-thread and put a link to it in the stickied FAQ thread.

This is assuming that, by recipe, you mean how to cook it whole and what to have with it. If you meant cutting it up and using it in dishes like a beef stroganoff, PM me and I'll reopen this thread with clarification.
