    Where as in mobile network or landline phone, not location.

    No it's a low call rate, approx. 6.3c a minute but could be more from a mobile.

    This one is for Business Customers but you might be able to get transferred over if your residential - 1800 30 80 20

    ^^^^ Vodafone.ie -> Contact Us link on the top of the page. Not that hard to find. It depends on what package you're using Prepay, Pay Monthly etc.
