What percentage have Dublin South property prices fallen from peak levels?

Anyone any idea or link as to by what property prices have fallen in Dublin. To me talk of 11.7% per annum for 6/08 to 6/09 as in tsb / ESRI House Price Index here http://www.finfacts.com/biz10/irelandhouseprices.htm is grossly understating it.
