Not sure if this is the correct section to post - apologies if not!

I'm looking at buying this hand held steam cleaner from Aldi and am wondering if anyone has one of these and if they are any good?
    http://www.aldi.ie/ie/html/offers/2827_10101.htm

    Thanks for any help!

Was wondering if this was any good myself. Probably worth a try at 30yoyo's.

Anyone else notice the "sticker"? :D

Fantastic cleaning power on curtains, upholstery and carpets for just £16.99

Well spotted, that makes it just under €20 at the current exchange.

We got a different one in Lidl....It melted its own handle and now when you try to use it you get a handfull of steam. Not pleasant. I'd be very careful with this one.

£16.99 works out as €21.54 (xe rate 17.08.12) it's priced at €19.99... and considering Irish VAT is 3% higher than UK VAT the price is much lower in Ireland

The thread is three years old.
I'd imagine it was priced differently previously.
