Not sure by bus, but it's only a little over 1 mile walk, or the LUAS to the Four Courts and across O´Donovan Rossa Bridge (total walking around 350 meters).

You can grab the 123 or 121 from O'Connell St too, if you're intent on bussing it. Fair is 1.15
