    Hey girlies,
    Just wondering if any of ye have tried 'lipomassage' as seen on tv3's expose? im just looking for some feedback before i make an appointment for next week! it looks great but is it too good to be true! here's the link http://www.tv3.ie/videos.php?video=3160&locID=1.65.68&page=13

    Seriously, don't waste your money. Notice how they said their client lost half a stone between treatments, but not BECAUSE of treatments? It's all nonsense. Nothing loses belly fat faster than diet, hard as that is to take, not sit ups, not crunches, certainly not this phooey, just plain old diet. No bread, no beer, no wheat, no rice and VOILA, no belly.

    If you can take the torture, watch Exposé for the next few days and you'll see that they flog a new wonder-treatment pretty much every evening - no danger of a presenter questioning any of the claims. I wouldn't put my money where those lassies' mouths were...

    These wonder remedies are all a lie. Will people ever cop on and face the simple truth that there is no convenient shortcut. Change your lifestyle. Eat different and drink less and get your behind off the couch. It's that easy, albeit not what people want to hear (mmmh, rasher sandwich).
