    I was in the right part of town, because anywhere where there is new building there are new signs, but short of walking the area I could not place it. Good one.

    Ooh i know, it's round by the river, nearby Marina hotel there, umm.. where the swans are.. load of construction going on of late.. you can see the back of Adelphi Quay on the other side of the river..
