PICS - Guess the Waterford Location

Basic rule of the game - We just throw up some cryptic pics or ones from strange angles, and we must then try and guess where in Waterford (city preferably) they were taken. This first one is actually not as difficult as you may first think.

What used to be "U Decor" beside Downs's (steel roofing).
Blue spot beween white and yellow buildings is Kavanagh's Electrical entrance yard.
