Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I need to get my timing belt changed (Passat 06 1.9tdi 138km) Can anyone recommend where to get it done or would i be better off getting it done up the north? I'm based near Drogheda Cheers.

Definitely go north.. I got a full service, timing belt, water pump & brake fluid change done for €700 in Donnelly's VW Enniskillen just around Christmas/New Years. Was being quoted anywhere up to €400 more down here.

That said, the VW dealer on the North Road in Drogheda (name escapes me right now) was 2nd best @ €800 and the girl I spoke to seemed willing to deal as she was quoting more than that initially, so maybe give them a call too.
