    Or alternatively can you try tracing through the adoption agency?

    I know you might be scared (I was) and left 'messages' on any site I could.

    I was far too scared of rejection to contact the SW to trace - that could have ended all hope and I wasn't strong enough for that.

    I was wrong and in the end she traced me and so far so good.
