Stuart Clarke - Last Word - Download Site

In the last week or two Stuart Clarke was talking about a legal music site that is currently operating in the UK (and maybe here as well). You pay £10 and get unlimited downloads. All I can remember is that the site began with an "s". Anyone else hear it or know the site I'm on about?

spotify. you don't download. you get unlimited access to hear the music but you don't get to keep it.
