attic conversion

i need prices for an attic conversion in a timber frame house, where the beams etc are already to go! where would be good to start getting some prices? we are on a major budget as everyone is! any advice appreciated! nicky

Try a local builder for an approx. cost or get an arch. technician to have a look and come up with a plan & spec and then throw it out for a few prices.

I meant to say the beams are already out of the way the houses were built that way!
