Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a pst file from Outlook 2007 but I only have Outlook 2003 and the file will not open properly. Would anyone know how to open this? Regards, Darren

create an empty pst in 2003
You could download a trial version of 2007 and then export it as 2003 format , but if that don't work you move/copy everything into the 2003 pst

xp/2002 and earlier versions of outlook used a different format for the PST up to 2GB max
