    hey all

    im having problems with my phone line such as crackly phone and dsl connection going in the evening got line from outside to main socket replaced but still having problems so im just wondering if anybody has a diagram to an irish phone line configuration including the configuration of the box outside the house on the wall?

    more than likely you have an issue with your cable outside possibly being damaged. Ths is usually by trees and you'll find in certain weather the line is worse. The dropping of the broadband could be cause your on the fringe of the network and your the last user or it could be becuase the copper is damaged. Call your provider they have to investigate it

    tried calling them before and they were no help. But anyway getting 10mb cable broadband from UPC on wednesday so no more problems:D:D:D
