Compassionate Release for Lockerbie bomber

So, the chap who blew up a jet, and half a scottish town is getting compassionate release cos he got cancer.

personally i'd like to see him released from the back of a plane at 30,000ft.

Any opinions?

A lot of people (including one of the victim's fathers) believe he was wrongly convicted.

i don't know the ins and outs but wasn't there a strong hint that this guy was framed.

He should never have been put in jail in the first place.

Should have been executed for such a crime, not paid for by the tax payer for the last however many years to live a realtivly pleasent life in a British jail

There's enough issues with this guys trial to raise reasonable doubt as to wether he actually did it.
