Meteor / subscription holiday no longer offered

Unhappy with Meteor - wanted to use their http://www.meteor.ie/support/billing/subscription_holiday/ (which is still advertised on their web site), had to call them several times hearing that 'we're upgrading our billing system, please call back in a few days', and finally they telling me they've discontinued that service…
