    I had seen that but it's so annoying, it's a soap and it's so obvious they are trying to shoe horn in her singing to keep her singing profile raised

    She’s got one of those whiney singing voices that I just can’t warm to. And the character is really annoying as well imo.

    Gayle and Gillian Blakeney are heading back to Ramsay Street to reprise their roles of Christina and Caroline Alessi.

    The duo will be back on screens in September this year, 27 years after they were last seen on screen.

    The twins arrived on the soap all the way back in 1990 in the guise of 'Linda Giles', the identity both women shared in Witness Protection after witnessing a murder.

    It wasn't long before the truth was revealed in true soap style though, and soon Christina and Caroline were making their mark on Ramsay Street, with Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) catching the attention of both women.

    No he was in it 2008-2010 and Therese last made a guest appearance in 2005, she was in it early 90s as a teen.

    I can't even take the Dee storyline seriously anymore, I wonder if these writers were even fans of the show before getting the job, it wouldn't have been as bad if they hadn't had the actress play another character beforehand, now by the time the real Dee turns up it isn't even a shock for the viewer because we've been looking at Dee for months anyway, it was a shambles from start to finish.

    It feels like they are making it up as they go along. When the actress returned first pretending to be Dee it was bad but this is just ridiculous.
