Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

MSN doesn't cache conversations unless the option to do so has been ticked. If it hasn't, there's no record kept.
If you have, then the path to the XML files is under Tools, Options, Messages and "message history"

I'm not looking for conversations kept. Rather i'm looking for where it stores users accounts cache, etc. I found it by accident before but can't remember where. Giving away a computer and i want to delete history of the user accounts used on the computer
