Id imagine most phone or phone repair shops. Nokia advise not getting a cheap version as there quality isnt the same.

get a genuine nokia battery there are so many knock offs coming out of hong kong now that are probably just re-packaged versions of spent batteries you are better off spending the bit extra. i once got a battery for a phone that would only last a few hours and after that the phone would switch off when it tried to transmit
