GPRS MODEM ROUTER

    Not sure if this is the best place to post this thread , mods please move if necessary.

    Briefly we need a gprs modem/router to fulfill the following function

    at our office we have a pc sending a gps data stream to an ip address eg. 123.123.23.23 port 2101.

    on site we have a gps unit that needs to access this data stream. the gps has a serial com.

    we need a gprs modem /router to access the office IP address ( always fixed ) authenticate its id and start receiving the data stream. we need the gprs device to stream the data transparently to the gps units serial port.

    ideally the gprs unit should do all this upon power up by the operator.

    any ideas please ?
