coarse fishing for goldfish

    i was wondering is there any where in dublin where you can fish for wild goldfish:p its probably a stupid question

    There are golden carp in some Irish commercial carp fisheries, but not in Co Dublin so far as I am aware.
    You should start by calling the Dublin ones in case I have that wrong, like eg Maynooth.
    Also contact the Central Fisheries Board, coarse angling section.
    They would be bigger in size than the tame goldfish of course.

    There were some rather large Goldfish in Maynooth Carp fishery.
