Just discovered this, it's a Metallica tribute album by Japanese bands. Some of them completely rework the song (One) while others just make small changes (Sad But True).
I think it's a great album, as a lot of the bands on the album aren't metal bands some of the songs have a faster/punkier feel to them like in Sad But True. Well worth checking out.

The music in sad but true is interesting but the singing is... well hysterical ha
