    This is a single room with shared facilities in a three person apartment. The two existing tenants are a pre-Med and first year Science students (both male). The apartment is in an excellent location – less than five minutes walk from UCD. All mod-cons . The preferred candidate will be a first year student. Getting on well together will be the number one priority.

    If you go to daft.ie, click sharing, and then look at the search box, there's a tab at the top labelled "college search", it brings up properties close to whatever college you're going to and helped me find my place this year.
