It's a bit of a vague question.

VB6, VB.Net, database programming, windows client programming, windows services, Asp.Net development, WCF, Silverlight or simply the inner workings of the language (VB6 or VB.Net) itself be it how to write classes, functions, loops, if else, objects, generics and so on??
