I want to cancel with perlico

I've had enough with perlico i need faster broadband, my yearly contract is up do i need to send a letter confirming that i intended to cancel my subscription or can another provider do that for me ? If i have to do it myself who do i write to or can i do it by e- mail

depends on who you change to, if its to another eircom reseller e.g. vodafone/bt etc then they will do it all for you. If its to a non eircom reseller such as magnet, upc then you will have to cancel. your new provider will advise you on the best course of action
