Sim contacts gone

Hi I hope someone can help me I think I accidently deleted all my contacts from my sim card I needed to use a different phone for a couple of days and imported all my contacts from sim to the new phone , That was fine I DIDNT select to delete them after I moved them to the other phone but Ive put my sim back in my original…

Hi
I hope someone can help me I think I accidently deleted all my contacts from my sim card

Is there any way to get them back as there were over 100 and I couldnt replace them from memory:o

Any help is appreciated

Btw, they are gone from the old phone too

look in the sim contacts menu or try importing the contacts back to the phone.
