Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Tá ceist agam daoibh go léir, (seo í an chéad uair a scríobh mé as Gaeilge ar líne, agus tá súil agam nach ndéanaim an iomarca botún mar sin!)

    Ar cheart an focal b'fhéidir (m. sh.) a fhuaimniú mar
    a) bayjur
    b) baydur
    nó
    c) rud ar bith eile?

    Nuair a chloisimse Gaeilgeoirí dúchasacha ar an teilifís ag fuaimniú na fuaime atá sa chló bold thuas, is cosúil go mbíonn s ann, faoi mar atá sé á rá mar seo: baydsur (is deacair é a litríu sa tslí ina fuaimnítear é). Táim ag ceapadh gur daoine ó Ghaeltacht Chonamara a fuaimníonn sé é mar sin.

    Tá súil agam go dtuigeann sibh mo cheist, grma.

    Tig leat ceachtar acu a úsáid. Más ansa leat canúint an iarthair úsáid (a). Má thaitníonn teanga na Mumhan leat úsáid (b). Más fearr leat Gaeilge an tuaiscirt úsáid (c) bejur.
    Tá cineál de "s" ansin , ceart go leor, nó fuaim eile atá deacair litreacha a chur leo.
