Prawns okay to eat?

I accidentaly left a bag of cooked frozen prawns out of the freezer lastnight, so now their warm. Are they still okay to eat or will they be dangerous?

I accidentaly left a bag of cooked frozen prawns out of the freezer lastnight, so now their warm. Are they still okay to eat or will they be dangerous?
