the northern irish govermenet said the CAO was putting on hold places A level places for applicants because of the delay in receiving a level results, just how exactly is that going to work? im not quite sure how that keeps it fair for us applicants.

I'm so confused, I got 315 points in my leaving cert and put down Product Design as my #1 choice which is 305, but instead I was offered my 3rd choice, which is DCU business, which is 420 points, I got 105 points less than the requirements, and they offer it to me, WTF, I set my heart on product design, I don't want to do business :[

Howso? Have you seen the new academic calendar for this year?

It's semesterised now so it's somewhat more streamlined with other colleges, still a bit later but not much.
