Back Support Groups in Ireland/UK

    Hi

    Can ye please advise of any good and helpful support groups in Ireland/UK

    Anyone who has had contact with these would be great

    have tried 1 or two but response has been poor

    is it back pain? I found Neuro Musculular Therapy very good. Don't know any groups tho, sorry

    whats a back support group ?

    like the previous poster says, if its back pain get help, not support. i had bad back pain for years and eventually had a computerised posture scan, it was shocking to see the twists in my spine that was causing all the pain and discomfort. they put me on a customised exercise programme for 9 weeks, nothing hard, had the scan done again and it looked like a different person, pain gone too :)
