Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

i have just built a new computer and the usb sockets wont work UNLESS there is something plugged into them at boot.

when i go into device manager i see the yellow exclamation sign beside the ports. if i uninstall each port then they will work until next re-boot.

it is the intel ICH10 USB Universal Host Controller. i have tried to update drivers but it says no updates, currently installed is version 6.1.7100.13 from 21/6/06.

i am using windows 7 with an MSI P45D3 Platinum mobo. i also have 4 ports on the front of my case that wont work wither so its not just the ones on the mobo.

any ideas? really annoying this problem...

    cheers
    adam

Have you tried updating the chipset drivers? They are sometimes different from the generic ones,

i've just been onto the intel site in the downloads section and there doesnt appear to be any chipset updates (tbh, that site is very confusing so i could be wrong though)
