Does anyone know any? I found a little black kitten in Rochfortbridge today and want to contact any local animal shelters in the Westmeath area should the owners ring looking for their cat. btw - cat is approx 11-12 weeks old, completely black with light pink collar with a plastic bow and a diamond in the middle. Very friendly cat.
