business back door routes?

hello everyone i was just wondering does anyone know if ther is back door routes to get into business this year or next year? i only missed the course by a small ammount of points (enlish messed me up) but i dont think ill get offered it in round two just windering is there any other ways to get into it without repeating of course? thanks in advance

There's every possibility it might drop 5 points in round 2, however there is no guarantee. What have you been offered?

my second choices were computer systems in u.l and accounting and finace in l.i.t, i got offered both of them?

If you call admissions, check about acceptiong comp-sys and transferring if someone drops out after a re-check or something. Unlikely if you're more than 5-10 points out though.

As what was said above you could wait for the second round from the CAO. You could also do 1st Year in LIT and then transfer to UL in second year. Its only a suggestion. ACCESS is another way that you could get into business course as far as I know, (maybe someone else may confirm this) Ring up the college and see what they say about it.

if i did first year in accounting and finance in l.i.t would i then be able to transfer to business in u.l? and if so would i have to go into first year or staright into second? thanks in advance

You would have to contact the course director for that info.
