Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I would assume so Nikon users would know better.

If you can slave Canon speedlights to each other the why not the Nikon speedlights.

are you asking can you trigger the sb600 (the slave) with an 800/900 (master) flash? or the opposite way?

    edit this might help: http://www.kenrockwell.com/nikon/ittlslave.htm

    It's called Commander Mode.

You can use the Pop Up Flash as the command unit. You do not have to even have it lighting the subject as long as it gives the pre-flashes.

    Which Body are you using?

    d90 and 700.
    I just worked it out,
    commander mode etc.
I'm using the 800 with a DIY ringflash box and the 600 off to light up the background.
    learning, but learning fast.
    thanks everyone.
