progressing up salary scale for AL grade?

    Hi Guys,
    im on a PWT contract in one of the IoT's. im just wondering if anyone can ans this query?
    i start working whilst doing my MA on part time hours and went on to the AL scale once i got my masters and was teaching over 16hrs a week. I remained on this grade (grade 1 AL) until 3 years after i had received my MA before finally progressing a grade each year since. I was interviewed and made PWT over 2 years ago and remained on the same scale.

    im just wondering should i have started my progression up the AL salary scale 3 years after my Hons degree graduation or was it correct that i ad to wait untill 3 years after my MA graduation. I'd appreciate if anyone could let me know where i can find out this info as if it was 3 years after graduation then i should have been on a grade higher than i have been on for the past 4 years.
